Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in the online shop www.ziryabmilano.de. Your contract partner is NOYAN LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales under company number 17527407 ("we", "us").

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the payment button at the end of checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately afterwards; the contract is concluded with this order confirmation. The contract language is the language of the shop version you used; English is also available.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include the value added tax applicable in the country of delivery. Delivery costs and any gift wrapping are shown separately before you complete your order. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider Stripe; the payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged when you place the order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are stated on the product pages and at checkout and are given in business days from receipt of payment. Items are only offered for purchase when they are in stock in our warehouse. If, exceptionally, an item cannot be delivered, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details, the model withdrawal form and our online withdrawal function are set out on the page "Right of withdrawal".

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. Many of our products are made by hand; small irregularities in shape, grain, colour or finish are characteristic of handmade objects and are not defects. Please report visible transport damage to us as soon as possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Reviews

Reviews marked "verified buyer" were written by customers who bought the product, either on this shop or on our Turkish shop ziryab.tr. We publish positive and negative reviews alike; reviews are only removed if they are unlawful or unrelated to the product.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
